Found this in another thread: (2007) there is still an "Unknown Device" listed for the board (I am still researching to find wha this device is - Device Instance Id ACPI\AWY0001\4&12686F5B&0 )
I know this is an old post, but if anyone else is searching for the answer
Install the Intel desktop utilities for the board and it should install the proper driver.
This is for Away Mode for Windows XP Media Center Edition. If you aren't running, you should disable it in your BIOS. On Intel boards, this is called "Quick Resume Technology" or something similar. It isn't supported on anything except XP Media Center Edition though, not even Vista Home Premium, and it definitely doesn't work on 64-bit version of Windows because Intel stopped making a BIOS extension for that, and they never wrote 64-bit drivers for it. This goes the same for other chipsets too - Away Mode is old technology, and should be disabled in the BIOS.
