Gateway DX4300-22

Hey,
Been having a hard time finding info. I was looking to upgrade a Gateway DX4300-22. CPUz specs-AM3 socket(938). It appears to have the Foxconn RS780 motherboard which supports Phenom chips. This computer currently has a Phenom II X4 810 (2.6). I am running the P01-B0 bios. Will this board and bios support a Phenom II X6 1035T (95w). Getting answers from gateway is impossible.

Any help is appreciated.

The purpose of the upgrade?
Both CPU's run at 2.6GHz so there will be no noticeable difference in performance unless all core are utilized. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/146?vs=88 not the same CPU's just 2 at the same speed.
