Gateway FX 6800-01e Restart Problem

I recently bought gateways FX 6800-01e and I've noticed that whenever I perform a restart, the computer freezes during the restart. I have to do a full shut down everytime or else my computer will freeze.

our hp computer in our office is acting the same, maybe the power supply they put in this computer is the problem, try to replace the power supply.

If it's under warranty, get Gateway to fix it! 😀
