Gateway SX2800-01 Desktop Motherboard upgrade.

Hi, does anyone know of a upgrade/replacement mother board for this model. The Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 processor does not support 64 bit virtual machines via Virtualbox. It doesn't have VT-x support. From what I can tell, it is a micro-ATX form factor. Any ideas??? Thanks in advance.
