Hi guyzz..
Just Wanted to Overclock Geforce 210 1GB With MSI AFTERBURNER.
So Wanting A Tutotial For It!

Will There Be A Change In FPS If I Overclock My GPU?

Solution

This is a low-low-low-end card if used for gaming, but if you really want to stick with it i will help you overclock it.

Start off at stock clocks and voltages, increase core clock by +10mhz at a time and stress test.
When it becomes unstable (driver crash or artifacts) increase voltage by +0.01 or +0.02.
Keep doing this until you reach 75-80°C during stress tests, now is the time to increase memory clock.
Increase memory clock my +50mhz at a time and stress test each time you increase and when your GPU becomes unstable, back off -50mhz on your memory clock and -10mhz on...

Hi and welcome to Tom's hardware forum.

The GeForce 210 is a entry level GPU, more oriented to desktop PCs that work with Office and basic things and not oriented to games.

The 1st thing that you have to do is create a fan profile for the GPU, you can do that in "settings" in the MSI Afterburner application. Try to unlock the voltage option of the GPU, bu I'm pretty sure that will not work in that model.

After that, start to rise the frequency of the memory (just memory for now) in little steps, but keep in mind that you will not go so far on that model. Try 20MHz-25MHz on each step and test for stability.

I Overclocked mine using MSI Afterburner.

I Overclocked the Core Clock to 720MHz and the Memory Clock to 610MHz and it's stable for me :) the temp. is around 48C to 60C

PC Specs:
Procie: i3 3220 3.3Ghz
Ram: 4GB 1333Mhz overclocked to 1600Mhz
VC: GT 210 1Gb
