My pc configuration

Motherboard:Intel DH55PJ
Processor:Intel core i3-540 3.6ghz
RAM:4GB 1333mhz
Monitor:Fujitsu 18 inch (1440x900)vga cable
PSU:Value top 500watt

I want to buy Gigabyte GT 730 2GI GV-N730D5 graphics card.Does it support my pc?

There is no pcie x8 video card, they are either x16 or in some rare cards x1. No clue where you going that info. x8 would be the speed of the slot the card is in, not the video card interface. If the card fits in your case, it will work. You don't need to ask the same thing 20 times.
If it will fit in the case, yes. But you should replace that power supply if you like your computer with a known good brand, Antec, EVGA, XFX, Seasonic, even the lower end models from Corsair like CX are better to use. If your low quality power supplied dies, your motherboard, video card, CPU, etc.. can all go with it.
