Question Geforce RTX 3070 1 fan runs 100% and the other 2 work some times and some times not.

Greetings.


as the title says it.
When i play games or am idle only 1 of my GPU fan goes 100% making A LOT of noice. However, some times all 3 go of and then it makes barley any noice at all.

Now.It goes on from boot up or when it runs over 50 celcius. However, when 80% of the time when its about 50C 1 goes on full speed and the other 2 are just idle.

This is been going on for Months. I dont want to RMA it because some times it works and some times it does not. And when they test it they gonna be like' it works fine' and then i'll be out of a GPU for 6 weeks just to get a not fixed one in return.

Here is what i tried : Demontate it and montate it. Re installed drivers many times. Diffrent cables. Diffrent PSU from 750 Watt to 850 Watt. ( this solved it for a few hours then it started again )
Take computer fully of electricity, reboot then it works for 5 min and then they swtich off and the 1 fan goes bezerk.

Any advice on what to check next?

In this image its for example the 1 is spinning making noice like crazy and the other fan 1 and 2 are just not doing anything

tbh fan 1 at this point should be off aswell, its set to 0%
either fan controller sends incorrect pwm signal, or that fan ignores it
if you have multimeter, you could check pwm line on fan 1 if voltage there changes
