GeForceFX 5900 max FPS limit?

I have a NVidia GeForceFX 5900SP, and in certain games I can go over 60FPS. The frames constantly stay at 60, as if something on the videocard is prohibiting it. Can anyone help me?

I dont know of any FPS limit in the video cards, what games are you playing? Whats the specs of the rest of your system?
