72 hours for 'Working On It' is way too long duration unless you have a terribly slow Internet connection and you are upgrading online.

At this point, you may want to force shutdown your PC, restart it again and then let Windows complete the process. Here I assume that you have backed up all your data before starting the upgrade process (as recommended by Microsoft).
