Solution
looks like a faulty PSU or wrong cabling

Do you use an extra graphics card? Did you connect the graphics card to the power supply as well?
The CPU is the graphics card itself, anyways the problem is fixed,
The Solution was to change the battery on the motherboard.

Thanks for your time.
maybe replacing the sata cables, sata power cables can help.
Try a different SATA data port.

The motherboard is a bit old, produced in 2015 and could be faulty. Maybe the HDD is faulty.

Which CPU is installed?

Temperatures in BIOS after 10 minutes are fine?

8pin atx power plug is connected as well?

motherboard only has 4 pins and is connected, replaced the cables and the cpu worked on the same motherboard but older, something sure is overheating but it's not the cpu because the temp was fine and it wasn't hot also the computer used to reboot after 10 sec but the next day it stayed for about 10 min after this it would reboot every 10 sec again.
