Getting a new graphics card help!

I want to play Arma 3 at good framerates on high settings as well as BF3. Should i invest in a MSI 7950 or wait for the 8000 or GTX 700 series?

This depends on whether you want to be looking towards the future or not. For the future wait, if you just want to play now get the 7950.
