Getting ad popups on chrome

So often when i click things on chrome, i get these random ad popups that opens in a new window. I've tried everything from cleaning chrome completely, disabling all extensions, scanning for malware, running various adware removers to reinstalling chrome, but i still get these pop up ads.

Have you tried any sort of Adblock?

Yes, i have adblck plus and adblock.

Ok, try downloading Super AntiSpyware - it's what Dell uses when you call their customer support. Scan and see what it picks up.

Edit: I've also heard good things about Malwarebytes, you could try that too.

I'm going to try Super AntiSpyware, but i already tried Malwarebytes. I'll post back with my results.

There are certain programs that can cause this - even some that were preinstalled by well known companies (I'm looking at you, Lenovo). Look through your installed programs - are there any you don't recognize or remember installing?

I built this PC myself, and no. I do not see any programs i do not recognize.

I have a good amount of knowledge, but this i just cannot solve.

Quick thought - does this still happen with Firefox or any other browsers?

No, chrome is the only one.
