Question Open windows move after switching the monitor off and on

Hi,I have a strange problem with 3 display devices (2x PC, 1x TV).

I bought a new monitor (AOC Q27G4X, connected to DP) and set it up as the main monitor. The displays are set up as extended. If I now switch off the new monitor and switch it on again at some point (this is where it happens), most of the open windows (browser, programs, Explorer) move to my other PC monitor (Hdmi).
The reverse does not happen (2nd monitor on and off)I have completely reinstalled the drivers, Gsync on or off makes no difference.

I didn't have this problem before.

What is the problem?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I have completely reinstalled the drivers
