[SOLVED] getting clock_watchdog_timeout bsod after pc fell

Solution
Start by replacing the OS. Do a fresh reinstall of Windows.

The most common cause of clock watchdog crash is a virus or malware attempting to access the CPU and the watchdog stopping it.

after that it might be RAM timings, so use something like memtest 86 to test your ram.

If reinstalling windows and changing RAM doesn’t help then you might need to change the motherboard.

Bear in mind that some viruses can embed themselves into your BIOS so updating bios (even to the same version) might also help.
