I just build a new computer and while running windows I get a BSOD with a CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT Error.
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
MOBO: MSI B-450 A PRO
RAM: Corsair 4 x 8 32 GB @ 2400, Stock: 2133
I have tried to restore defaults, however it OC my CPU in BIOS when I load optimized defaults I turn off overclocking on my CPU and I run my RAM at 2133 MHZ. BIOS is fully updated and so are my drivers.
PLEASE HELP.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

copy that file to documents

upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem
