Right this is what is looking to be my final build
http://prntscr.com/7ufohn
My budget is £460
If u can improve my build while making it cheaper or just a tiny bit expensive please say so and i might change my build.

I am planning to overclock like my gpu and my cpu as far as i can even though my cpu doesn't have a K at the end.
Also i will eventually buy a cpu cooler and maybe upgrade my cpu the to the K version

Solution
Well, I would get a better quality psu than the EVGA 500B. If you want an overclockable cpu, then I advise you should save it now rather then buying this build. It would be cheaper in the end. plus I would get a better Z97 motherboard as this one is pretty cut down. You could get a Pentium G3258 which is overclockable but it is a dual core.

Solution

I just compared the cpu u have and the cpu i have even though urs is a lower number it looks like it is better then mine.
Should i change it?

My cpu , the i5 3570k, is an Ivy Bridge cpu which requires socket 1155. The availability of socket 1155 motherboard are limited as it is no longer being produced since Haswell already is out. Haswell is socket 1150.

What motherboard and cpu combo would you suggest?

With your budget, you already got the best for now.
If you want an overclockable Intel cpu build then you want an i5 4690k with either a MSI Z97 Gaming 5 or ASUS Z97 PRO Gamer or any motherboard priced higher then these.

Hmm ok what would u suggest then if i didn't want to overclock my cpu but my gpu

The one you chose is the best for your budget.

How about this i will downgrade my graphics card so i can upgrade my cpu but then i need a motherboard which will be able to overclock it

You don't really need an overclockable cpu. The i5 4460 is just fine as a gaming cpu. I would not downgrade the GTX 960 for an i5 4690k for your budget.

I save up money a lot so it isn't really a big problem i can downgrade to a Radeon R9 270X or maybe a bit higher but idk which one to go for

I would still advise the i5 4460 GTX 960 combo. But if you want an i5 4690k then that is your choice.

It's better to buy a decent CPU now since Skylake will be released by the end of the year and Haswell CPUs will start to fade out.
