I have been getting lots of bluescreens while just watching videos or just browsing random websites and some times in the middle of some games, this has happen for some time now I have already formatted my pc and this still happens, and I cant find any solution, what I need to post to get some help because all this blue screens are getting annoying.

I will leave some dumps from windows ( I think that's the name idk), if I need to send more stuff just say so I can send I really need some help.

My pc specs :
CPU : Ryzen 5 3600
GPU : RTX 3070
RAM : 2x 8GB OV to 3200
MOTHERBOARD : ROG B450 F GAMING
PSU : Fractal Design Ion Gold 750W Full Modular
NVME from Samsung for windows and HDD for games

if you test both at same time and get an error, there is no way of telling which it is. If process was faster I would suggest both at once to speed up process, But running tests that run for 17 hours just to get errors on 2 sticks is a waste of 17 hours.

might not run 17 hours, that may be another test I get people to run.

When I install windows I put the installer on a pen and in the installer I format the ssd because it’s faster then when I am in windows and I go to settings and I select to format. I hope you can understand sorry for my bad English, my question is since I format the ssd on the installer could that somehow damage windows and cause the BSODs ?
no, it shouldn't

hdd shouldn't cause the BSOD as most of the processes run off the ssd

I could not find any kernel dump. I looked at a dump but the module named was
núçó

does that mean anything to you?

i would remove the streaming microphone and speakers software just to eliminate those as a cause.

I see double faults, errors in the cpu cache manager. these could be overheating problems, bios problems, or chipset problems.
system is accessing bogus memory locations.

after you remove the streaming microphone/speaker software delete your pagefile.sys by turning off the virtual memory then reboot and turn it back on.

I would also set the system to run in high performance mode and see if you can get it more stable.

Ok so I have run the memtest86 one each time and both pass the test with 0 errors.

I am running my pc with only 1 stick of ram and 0 BSOD after like 3 hours its strange.

If I get 1 BSOD I will remove the streaming microphone and speakers.

Maybe overheating I am using the stock cooler and I just notice yesterday that my pc gets high temps while on idle but now that I have only 1 ram the temps are stable

I has been almost 8 hours and no BSOD the only thing is my Opera crash on Youtube, could it be the ram even tho is passed the test with 0 errors ? I am currency using only 1 stick

does it matter which stick?

if 1 works but 2 don't, but they both work alone, it could mean problem is ram slot on motherboard. MIght help to make sure no dust or stuff in the slot, no bent pins.
I have seen slots just stop working before.

Got 1 BSOD after a long hours of pc running Its better then before (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1T28PMMi8-ym4cNpbhI3EU-Z0rvmDsvmD?usp=share_link)
I did look at the ram slot it looks fine I think.
To remove streaming microphone and speakers software do I go to the device manager ?
access violation in nt!IoRemoveIoCompletion
while running discord.exe

can not really figure anything out with the minidump. Would need a kernel memory dump.

note: memory can pass memtest86 tests if there are cracks in the circuit that are only evident when the circuit is cold. ie the circuit comes up to temperature and the circuit expands and makes a proper connection.

media tek xbox one wireless controller driver? signature listed as invalid

start end module name
fffff8017b080000 fffff8017b0e7000 mt7612US (deferred)

only driver I see is from 2016
maybe check for xbox one adapter firmware update using the xbox

I don't know how to do that is there any video or something so I can guide myself.

I went to system properties, Advanced, Startup and Recovery, and changed to "Kernel memory dump" do I need to change other things?
Can you check if it is this one ? (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1nAkBU5pXCtWa_q-Czbw4fPIftSqQdxYO?usp=sharing)

I went to the app Xbox Accessories and I didn't had any updates for the controller

I think this might be because of my ram or slots of the ram on the motherboard, when I was installing the ram onto the slots the pc wouldn't boot the motherboard always gave me orange light of error.
If I had only 1 stick It would boot up some times If I had 2 it wouldn't I was always taking 1 out and put it back in until it the pc boot up with both sticks

from the kernel memory dump:
access violation from a call to nt!NtRemoveIoCompletion
this was called by the windows named pipe file system
the program opera.exe made the call.
opera.exe has 40 threads running. namedpipes are use to communicate between processes

generally, you would take a look at opera and see if there is a extension that should be updated or if it can be updated.

note: NVIDIA Share.exe if you are not actively using this tool, Iwould disable it. it is used to copy streaming media and can cause some issues.

note: several devices are waiting for a wake signal.
the usb3 port, the xbox wireless driver(mt7612US.sys), xboxgip
(generally, you would not want the port to sleep that these devices are connected, just to avoid sleep related bugs)
also e1rexpress (Intel(R) I210 Gigabit Network Connection)
this is ok if the device is not being used/connected. (you might consider disabling it if not used)

go into windows control panel device manager, find the intel network adapter and right mouse click, then fine the power management tab and make sure this device is not being powered down to save power.

\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\e1r65x64.sys Tue Dec 14 08:05:29 2021
internal string was shown as e1rexpress
looks like you have version 12.16 your motherboard vendor has a older version 12.15
intel website has newer versions Download Intel Drivers and Software
(different version numbers used)
or direct link:Intel® Ethernet Controller I211 - Prod Info, Docs, Support and...
note: sometimes you have to manually select the driver after it is installed.
(use windows control panel, device manager update driver and select the updated driver)

bunch of the network code was paged out to pagefile.sys
I think the network adapter went to sleep, then the window memory manager needed virtual memory then paged out the code. I would update the driver and tell windows not to let the device sleep.

I did everything minus the intel website cause I am confused what I have to download.
I just found out something strange when I am installing my ram you need to push into the motherboard and listen to 2 clicks one on the up and other on the down of the ram, if i push down normally my pc wont boot up but if i push the up side of the ram down and the down side of the ram to me (idk how to explain better) it works, sorry for my bad english I hope someone cand understand and tell me if this is normal

the ram sticks have a slot in middle, do you mean you can wiggle the ram sticks up & down in the slots?
they aren't sitting flat?
I know, its hard to explain
eOkxdYk.jpg

what your slots look like, there is a groove mid way down the sticks which lines up with a raised part on slot it sits on.
Pretty sure it shouldn't move once its clamped down.

Yes it wiggles but only the down part of the ram (ex photo from google), and the part that wiggles if i push it down so the both sides are flat the pc wont boot it gives ram error on bios if flashes orange, but if i push up the part the ram where it wiggles the pc boots hope u can understand better with the image

I selected Microsoft Windows and it shows up this 3, is it the first one ?
Q0VBTg3.png
yep should be the first one.
note: sometimes it installs the new driver on to your machine but does not select it as the active driver. (leaves the current driver as the active one and you have to manually tell it to use the new driver, causes lots of confusion)

I think my machine had 12 copies of the drivers on the machine. 6 from microsoft and 6 from intel. the active driver was several versions old. hard to tell from the user interface since the version numbers are not shown. I end up deleting the old drivers.
google how to remove driver packages from the driver store
it uses the pnputil.exe to remove the old packages using the .inf name. I think if you have the microsoft copy of the driver, windows update will update it ok. if you have the intel copy of the driver then windows update puts the new driver on the machine but you have to manually select it. (and no one actually does this)
