Hey guys I been using 5+ years old NZXT case that doesn't even have those cable managing hole things

and it's about time for my semi-yearly dust cleaning time but because it's so old and the cables are just everywhere I decided to get a new case

but I just don't have a clue on what is a good case so I like to have some recommendation

I am looking for ATX? full tower case ones (those big and tall cases)

one thing i'm concerned about is the case fans. I have read "airflow 101"thread and I am gonna go with the front-intake top,rear-exhaust airflow. when I go with this route can I just keep using the stock fans that come with the case or is it highly recommended that I buy better fans? if yes which one and what size do i need?

any help would be appreciated thanks

Solution
I'll assume you plan to reuse your current PSU and don't want a case that comes with a PSU, since PSU's that come included with cases are always of the cheap quality Tier 4 or 5 variety, which is bad.

This would be a very good option for the budget but there are a ton of possibilities and considering the choice of case is often just as much an aesthetic decision as it is likely to be based on features, you may or may not like it.:

I personally like this case, it flow a LOT of air, has great features including cable management, includes all the fans you will ever need and supports just about any kind of water cooler you would care to install.

Case: Rosewill...

i can spend up to around $250 including the fans if I have to buy the fans. If I don't really need to buy the fans I can just use all $250 on the case alone

I don't think there's any particular feature I need but I do want it to be upgradable to water cooling in the future. I don't plan on doing water cooling but you never know

Here is a nice review of the unit:

Another very good choice would be the Corsair 730T, which comes with three fans but you would need to add either two top fans or install a radiator in those fan locations if you decided to go with water cooling.

Those are the best budget options, if you really want to spend the full 250 dollars, I'll be glad to recommend some cases that are a bit more premium, but the additional features gained by spending more money aren't always justifiable if they're not really needed. I think one of these two cases is more than sufficient for the needs you've outlined. If you decide to add fans and go with the Corsair, I'd just grab a pair of Noctua 140mm NF-A15 or NF-A14 fans to go up top.
