Question Getting very low and instable fps in fortnite while using a High-end laptop

I am getting fps drops and low fps. I also sometimes get spikes when I move my mouse.

I have an rtx 3060 notebook + Ryzen 7 5800h and 16gb of ram. I have an ssd too

its not very hot, Its like 60-65 for the gpu and less than 85 degree for the cpu,
