will ga-h61m-s1 motherboard support gtx 960 4gb ? help me
i am going to buy this and recommend me the psu which is available in india ?
any need for bios update
i have also checked it in pcpartpicker still i am in doubt ,help me
because i have limited budget

Okay, I believe the motherboard will support the gtx 960 4gb but to know the right psu, what is your other hardware? What is your budget?

Depending on the brand of the gpu, some come with adapters like the EVGA version that allows you to go from two 6 pin to one 8 pin for the card, it appears the card uses one 8 pin and that your psu has two 6 pins so if you want to get this version (http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Installed-Backplate-Graphics-04G-P4-3966-KR/dp/B00UOYQ5LA) then it would be fine, or any other version that includes the two 6 pin to one 8 pin (500 w is enough to power this too)

MSI's version I find the best (for its support and software you can get to use with it) and coolest looking
It seems like the msi version also has a two 6 pin to one 8 pin converter in box but if it does not come with one and your psu does not have a 8 pin (which I checked and it shouldn't have one) you can either get a 8 pin cable for the psu since it is modular or get a two 6 pin to one 8 pin converter
