Question GIGABYTE 4070 Ti Resizable bar

Hello, can anyone help me enabling a resizable bar on GIGABYTE RTX 4070 Ti ? I dont have that option in bios and dont know how to proceed.
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z690 AORUS ELITE DDR4 (rev. 1.x)
Bios version: F22 (12/07/2022)
GPU: AORUS GeForce RTX™ 4070 Ti ELITE 12G
It is a new PC which I just build and am still kinda installing things after first boot but I think everything is in order except this resizable bar.

Seems rebar/ resizable bar description has changed somewhat with these new boards or access to it isn't as straightforward previously. Something I've just learnt. Not sure if it's just Gigabyte. Look for setting in bios Above 4G Decoding, then you should see options for rebar then.

Yes I have read that before but I do not have any options like Above 4G Decoding or anything like it

Disabled by default but I though its suposed to be disabled

Yes disabled, someone in that link had to disable to see the feature. Was checking if you're in the same boat, looks like not.

You likely already know this but GPU-z on the first tab at the bottem right will confirm if resizable BAR is working.
