I just built a new computer-my first. I had changed up some bios settings, like boot device order, and warnings if the fans go out. When I was on windows, I was running Prime95 just to see if everything was stable. I stopped it to install AMD overdrive, and about halfway through the installation, the display disappears and says no signal. I try to turn off the computer via the power switch, but holding it for 15 seconds, and nothing. I turn it off through the PSU switch, then restart. I hear no motherboard beep, the PSU powers everything, fans, the motherboard lights, graphics card fan, etc... I also changed up some settings with this IDE drive I had, but the drive wouldn't format, so I unplugged it.

I have tried clearing the CMOS with the button and the jumper. I am posting here before I start to go in and take stuff out like the ram. My return for the AMD processor is 3 more days at Frys, so I need to figure out what the problem is.

My Specs:
AMD x6 1075T
G.Skill Ripjaws 2 x 4gb
Gigabyte 890fx-UD5
Thermaltake 850w PSU
Thermaltake Frio CPU fan
1TB WD Hard Drive
XFX Radeon 5830

Thanks!
