Gigabyte 970A-DS3P not booting and in shop works

Hi all.
I bought Gigabyte 970A-DS3P and in shop works well with GTX1050Ti, PSU: Corsair VS550, CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 905e (2,5 GHz)... problem is that at home not booting and pc seller not gives back money because in his shop it works without problem. I tried with DVI, HDMI and two different monitors but nothing works the pc even not booting, but why??? What can be a problem? THX

I live in village, but my second pc works fine and i never had similar problems. The pc seller is in city and maybe his electricity is better yes i know. But nothing is loose in movement because with car i given my all desktop pc to him, at his shop works :O

Only one can help that i given back my Asus M4A785TD-M Evo to pc and then works, but only with Radeon HD5770. With GTX1050Ti no boot and this is why i bought the new mobo.

Oh and 1050Ti i used in my main pc with Asus P8P67 LE so the gpu works also :O
