I got this two and is burning out, it's at about max 61 degrees C without play anything, and when i begin to play at some games PC it just restart, can u guys help me? I gotta watercooler 3.0 thermaltake 8 gb memo, my hd is very old but i used the hd tune and is all right..

Solution
I run the same water cooler set up with my 9590 had my temps hit 73c while playing games.
my fix was to order 3 more 120mm fans from thermaltake n run a push pull set-up on radiator.
my temps havent gone over 57c running at 5.0 mhz+ @ 1.46 volts and 63c 5.2mhz+ @ 1.488 volts
haven’t done a real benchmark yet... waiting on new thermal paste. just got the extra fans but it does help!!
also ck your pump speed i run my pump at Max on cpu pin and use my chassis fan pin to control my fan speed
What do you mean by "Burning out"?
61C, is normal. That's when your CPU cooler kicks in, and tries to cool it down. the AMD FX-9590 typically runs hot, that's within normal parameters.

HD Tune? Umm, i dont think you need that. Unless you dont know how to use "clear cache" button, and that program can sometimes delete important files.
