[SOLVED] Gigabyte AB350M - No Video

First of all, my basic specs.

Motherboard: Gigabyte AB350M DS3H V2
CPU: AMD A10 9700
GPU: ASRock RX570 (8 GB)
RAM: 1X8 GB HyperX 2400MHz DDR4

I recently bought this motherboard to replace my old burnt one. After installing it and trying to turn it on, everything seems to do its thing, except I get no video (both with or without the GPU). I took it to a store a few days ago and they tested every component. LEDs work, fans spin, everything goes well except I get nothing on screen.

PSU, working.
HDD, working.
RAM, working.
GPU, working.

The CPU and the motherboard could not be tested as they did not have any compatible parts. I've been thinking of replacing the CPU, suspecting it might be the issue, but I don't want to waste money if my CPU is working and just not properly installed. Besides, the temperature goes up on it like it normally does. Is it something to do with the BIOS? I've been trying to get this working for 6 months and nothing has worked.

step 17, what is the speaker telling you?
no speaker? you can make one if you have a speaker and some wire.

The diagnostic speaker is the motherboards main diagnostic feedback device.
the motherboard may be telling you where the problem is.
my speakers have this plug

The diagnostic speaker is the motherboards main diagnostic feedback device.
the motherboard may be telling you where the problem is.
my speakers have this plug

attach the stripped end into the speaker spring clips on the speaker.
the other end of the wire should be trimmed like so the semi strip, the light blue one

by doing a semi strip the wire case is now the socket.
plug one wire to the first pin, and the second onto the fourth pin.
power on the system and listen for beeps
end canned rant

you can test the motherboard by connecting a speaker and seeing if there are any beeps at boot. if nothing and everything looks properly connected, remove ALL the RAM from the system and try to boot. this will force a working motherboard to throw the NO RAM error code. it has been my experience that when you cannot force a beep code the motherboard has died.

you will notice that many of the error beeps relate to the RAM which is why its a good way to force the error. connect the speaker, boot and listen.

Thanks for the welcome! I hope my first post wasn't going over any rule breaking. I don't have a speaker at the moment, but I'll try to get one and see if I can get a diagnostic. Thanks for the quick response too!
