I noticed my laptop randomly makes a small popping sound maybe 1-2 times a day whether I'm doing something or not. It's fresh out of the box only about a year old and I make sure to at least clear any dust or debris from the bottom of the laptop and the surrounding area. I haven't noticed any performance issues, except random BSOD that are infrequent and quickly allow my laptop to restart.

Is this maybe normal for some laptop models? What's the reason for the popping sound?

hope that will solved your problem...

I finally solved this problem, Man it was complicated. You have to unlock the bioslocks on voltage manipulation. To do that, you need copy your bios. Find out where the bioslock is located and what hex key to change. Then you have to EFI boot into Grub and use 2 command lines to unlock it. Afterwards you download throttlestop and undervolt. This is disturbing because I was running it with the bottom case open and when it blue screened, and I did a tempreture check on top of the CPU Heatsink that shit was like 107F. That's when I was like f that. It was bluescreening at least 8 times a day. So this is what I did, I followed this video and now it's been 2 days with no blue screen. The fan doesn't go berserk and I can put the cast back on.
This method doesn't require any flashing because Grubx64.efi edits the bios directly itself.

Here is the Video.
