Question Gigabyte Auros Xtreme vs Asus Rog strix 2080 oc Gaming

Ive been finishing up my build lately, which allowed me to look into more fun things like rgb. It seems though that a lot of my build would use Gigabytes RGB fusion 2.0 software, while my GPU (asus 2080 rog strix oc gaming) would use asus aura and my fans would use Thermaltakes rgb software. Looking at gigabytes gpu offerings i found the auros xtreme which had great reviews, but knowing asus, they usually have amazing build quaility. I know its more of a personal thing with the RGB, but is there a major performance / build quality difference between the two cards?

Definitly helpful since i was a bit skeptical of gigabyte. Looking at the auros line of 2080s i see that it does have faster base clock speed than the rog strix oc, but im not sure if i would go for it mostly because of asus cooling and build quality. Also the auros card says that the digital max resolution only reaches 60Hz, does that mean it would only go up to 60Hz even on my 165Hz monitor?
