So i have a prebuilt pc that i upgraded the motherboard on, and it has a cord that seems to be wired to the power button, the cable has no where to connect on the motherboard, it has 7 holes on top 4 on the bottom a space, and then also this is causing me not to be able to power the pc on, and the psu has no switch to power on. Please help

Solution
The only other option I can think of would be to
buy a new case that already has the buttons prewired with the connectors you need.

You'll need something like this to convert your current front panel connector to bunch of ordinary connectors.
