I followed instructions to ready my system for Windows 11, upgrade to TPM 2.0. After modifying the BIOS, the reboot apparently never finished. I did not have a speaker and the original failure is unknown. I reseated everything, GPU, CPU and memory and disconnected my SDD and HDD, startup still failed with 5 short consecutive beeps that equates to prossess fault according to AMI BIOS signals. I proceeded to ise the CMOS clear pins and removed the CMOS battery for 15 minutes to no avail. Remember that nothing, neither hardware nor software, was modified from the time the BIOS setting was changed to restart failure. Power supply voltages check and are in range.

My system components follow:
GIGABYTE B460M DS3H AC REV 1.0 Y1
Intel Core i7-10700F
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB
16GB DDR4
240GB SSD
1TB HDD
Wi-Fi
Windows 10 Home

If you had a CPU with integrated video, I would suggest removing the 1660 Ti and just using the integrated for now.

Since you don't have such a CPU installed, do you have access to a CPU, compatible with the motherboard of course, that does have integrated video? Or access to another GPU?

Thank you COLGeek :) I would love to do that and already checked my other computer. Unfortunately, it is too old of a processor. I have been looking for a CPU but can't find one that I am willing to pay for.
