gigabyte DQ6 board + OCZ memory, problems?

gigabyte DQ6 965p rev3.3 board and OCZ memory.

other forums are saying gigabyte boards have a problem with OCZ memory, anyone here got an opinion on this? I've not read this myself so not sure.

I'm not about to slap down £1500 on a new system to find the memory is incompatible.

If you're really worried about that, don't buy OCZ, buy Corsair or Kingston, etc. OCZ tends to favor performance over compatibility. However, they stand behind their memory, and should send you a working module or refund your money if one of their modules isn't compatible w/your MB.
