Gigabyte G1 GTX 1070 question for noise and heat

hallo i have gigabyte gtx 1070 gaming and i was play rust in one setting before utra and i think this card make alot of noise i download msi afterburner and i see stats like 50%fun speed and 70c heat then i download furmark and i run 1080 preset and i see 70c again and i start to think if i must seed the card back so im here to ask 70c is natural and and the sound is natural i dont have the problem with squecy sound just the funs make alot of noise please tell me what to do i keep the card or i seed it back most ppl say to me is ok but i repsect this site and i want to see what ppl have to say to me sory for my bad english btw i try my best,

Yeah 70'c is fine. You could change the fan curve so it is a bit more quiet, but let the temp go up to around 78'c, try not to go higher as the card will lose performance due to throttling.

Dont just set it to one speed, set a fan curve, so it increases the speed with the temperature.
