Question Gigabyte G7 MF Gaming Laptop GPU crashes

Hi everyone, i recently bought Gigabyte's G7 MF gaming laptop and I constantly get GPU crashes, especially when trying to play Dead by Daylight. The issue I'm encoutering is DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED (tried forcing dx11 and dx12, doesn't seem to work). Sometimes streaming games on discord causes gpu driver to crash. I tried reinstalling drivers, editing registries, updating bios... Guys at technical support from the store told me that everything is ok, and changed the thermal paste. Also, I bought a cooling pad in case gpu was overheating. I don't know what to do anymore, please help. Thanks for the answers in advance.
