GIGABYTE GA-73VM-S2 locked PCI-E

Does anyone know if the GIGABYTE GA-73VM-S2 has a locked PCI-E? There are no options in the BIOS, and I was wondering if it is permanently locked for overclocking?

Normally the PCI-E is adjustable. Try hitting Ctrl - F1 in the bios main menu.
