Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P FX

About to purchase, maybe? First any thoughts on the mobo? Good/Bad?
I have been looking at upgrading my mobo, and i think everything i have is compatible with this one, just wanted to more or less get confirmation that my current parts will fit this mobo?
Currently, attached to MSI 7640GMA P34-FX:
AMD FX 6350
Corsair 120mm H60 LiquidCooler
Nvidia GTX 1060TI
Corsair 750W PSU
RAM PC3-12800 1600MHz

These should work on the GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P FX , Correct?
Also - IS there any issues with OverClocking on this board.
If i use my current hard drive I shouldn't have to reload the Operating System?

If you change the mobo and CPU then yes you will have to do a clean install

If you intend to OC I recommend you GA-970-UD3P rev 2.x, it has 8+2 phases. DS3P has 4+1.

Only changing the mobo, I really really really did not want to reload the OS - Everything is on my drive - game saves, work stuff, everything. Good to know i will have to prep for it.
