Hello everyone, my old Asrock z97 anniversary edition died and i am looking for a new mobo. Here are my comparison, please offer me your best advice. Thank you!!!!
ASRock H97M Anniversary

vs
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3V
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128944
both are in Canadian Dollar price, my budget cap at 80 USD (100 CAD)
My needs
>reliability (this is the highest requirement)
>single GFX (R9 270), will not upgrade or SLI/crossfire
>2-4 ram slot doesnt matter, i doubt I will ever upgrade my ram
>no OC, my current CPU is i5-4590, no intention of upgrading CPU
>Need at least 4 SATA ports, ideally 4 SATA(6GB)
>need usb 3 IO, my case support usb 3
ASRock is 59.99 after mail in rebate
Gigabyte is 69.99 refurbished
Initially i wanted to get Gigabyte, then i found the ASRock mobo. The reason why I doubt myself is because my bad experience with ASRock, my last mobo (only ASRock product) died after 1 years. I heard ASRock does not make reliable product. My concern is, if I save the 10 dollars here, I may find myself looking for a new mobo in another year.
What is everyone's opinion on reliability of ASRock mobo?
What is everyone's opinion on refurbished mobo?
Which of the two will be more reliable?
Please offer me your adivces
