Gigabyte ga-ep45-ud3r mugen 2?

Can I fit a Mugen 2 on a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R. I was unsure so I am asking before I buy. I might consider overclock. But I am still only going to use it at a regular basis and. The puny boxed HSF is not enough for me. I have an antec 300

The cpu heatsink will fit on the Gigabyte motherboard.

The cpu heatsink will fit inside the Antec 300 case. The case is 8.1 iches wide.

The general rule of them is a 160mm tall tower cpu heatsink will fit inside a case that is at least 8 inches wide.
