Gigabyte ga-m68mt-s2 won\'t overclock

Tried various settings can't get amd fx4100 to overclock. Any help would be appreciated.

Software solution could be EasyTune 6.

Thanks for your reply. Easytune 6 want seem to work for me.

2 Patriot G2 series DDR3 PC# 12800 1600MHZ 1x4 GB. Dram timing 5-5-5-15. CPUZ shows 9-9-9-24. Should I change in the bios.

Can u reset the BIOS?

Award Bios version FB 8/26/2011. I changed the dram timings and it wouldn't post had to clear bios onboard.

Thanks for the video. I think he is pressing ctrl-f1 to access more advanced options.
Mine doesn't seem to do that although it says so in the manual. My mb doesn't have the sp at the end just s.

Think I need a better psu raidmax 530 watts
Win7 Home Premium
250 GB HD hitachi.
256mb powercooler video card Radeon hd 2600
Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2 Motherboard

The microATX boards are not good overclockers.

Your PSU looks just fine for your set up.

Thanks for your interest. I had not noticed the advanced chipset features.

When I set the cpu clock ratio it reverts to 5x.

Edit:

Ok got the frequency up 4062.12 Mhz raising it to 219 Mhz. and I raise the voltage .25. This seems to be as high as it will go.

Do you think changing the dram settings might help?
