Gigabyte ga-p35-ds3l random crashes while gaming

I bought a used motherboard that came with a CPU,RAM, and CPU heatsink, I put all this in my case and replaced the E6750 that was in the mobo with my q6600 which I had planned to overclock later. After booting into windows to play some DayZ after about an hour the system crashed and gave me a random solid color on each of my monitors and then the system restarted itself after a moment. Does anyone have any idea whats going on here? I reinstalled windows and I still get this issue after 20-60 minutes of gaming.

After my computer restarts it gives me BCCode 116 even though it seems like there is no bluescreen.

You using a nVidia card, they cause this code a lot, especially older drivers.

I have a 750ti, using the latest driver should I try the last one?

I tried a different driver and it still crashed

I started using my 9800 GTX+ and it works fine no crashes so far.
