Gigabyte GTX970 or MSI GTX 970

I'm going to get a new Graphics card and was looking at these 2, which one would you choose and why?

Gigabyte GTX970 or MSI GTX 970?

I would go with the MSI card as it is cooler and also quieter than the gigabyte one

They perform much the same, you might see one fps difference between them, but nothing more
