Gigabyte h310m a usb boot issue and gpu issue

I’m trying to install windows 8.1 on my new h310 m a gigabyte board via usb but it’s not showing the usb in the boot selection . How do I do this??? Also my board keeps defaulting to the onboard gpu even though I have it set to pcie slot which has my gtx 590. Help there too please.

I solved both issues at once by enabling csm
