So I have just bought a i7 8700k and a Gigabyte H370 HD3 and transferred all other components from another pc.

I have Windows 10 installed on an SSD which booted fine in the old system but I am unable to boot from it on the new motherboard.

The SSD is showing up in SATA devices but the Boot Sequence just says No Bootable Devices found and I am unable to resolve this issue.

Edit: SSD boots fine in a 3rd, unrelated PC

Solution
You can try setting the CSM (Compatibility Support Module) or enabling Legacy mode and seeing if it will boot the old system's drive. UEFI by nature will not boot a foreign disk easily.
