Question Gigabyte is a scam , what to buy next?

Okay so..RMA'ng my gtx 1660 gigabyte gpu for the 2nd time and if it doesnt turn out well i might get a refund. My question is. Since gigabyte bad, What do i choose between Asus , msi or Evga?
One that has good life span good cooling and most of all GOOD customer support.

EVGA has the best customer support but I have had good luck with MSI cards.

So It's either MSI or ASUS for the quality of the card and cooling etc. Which ?
