gigabyte nforce 3 ultra?same as nforce 3 250 gb?

im talking about gigabytes socket 939 mobo for athlon fx chips. anyone know if and when asus is comming out with a board based on the nvidia chipset for socket 939?

nForce3 Ultra and nForce3 250Gb are basically same chipset. Ultra is for Socket 939 and works at 1000 MHz HT Bus, 250Gb is for Socket 754 and works at 800 MHz HT bus

The ultra is an improved version of the nf3 250. Read slight changes for new socket.
There do seem to be a few glitches though so Asus has not brought any boards out yet. They may be waiting for nforce4.
