Well it hasn't yet released it is only available for pre ordering at the moment (it will come available probably in mid-December). They are not bad at all, but with some extra money you can have the best card of the 270X series. It's your call of course. If you need the card urgently then go for the MSI since it offers a couple more features like PowerPlay and App Acceleration, with the same price. In terms of performance both cards are almost identical so there is no point in trying to find a clear winner..

Well a quick search on the card's reviews you can see that the cooler is excellent. The card still lies at the bottom of the list in terms of noise and temperature levels. Surely Radeon's WINDFORCE will give you SOME better cooling indeed, but at the end of the day if you start paying attention to insignificant details and differences then you will never decide. If I were you I would choose the MSI one since it still provides you excellent cooling plus some extra features.

I will get Zalman Z3 Plus case with 4 fans for cooling, do u think a Zalman ZM600-LX with 600W will support all this things?or a thermaletake litepower 600w?

Of course it will. Have you thought of going for another PSU brand, like Corsair or Seasonic?
