GPU Drivers: currently amd crimson 15.11
Chipset Drivers: latest from Intel website
Description of Problem:
frame rate lower than what it should be judging from benchmarks/videos on YouTube I've seen based on similar specs Overwatch on almost max = 30-44 fps with drops to 22 ish Project cars on almost max = 23-30 fps stable
After I reverted to 15.11 I got 45-50 fps on mass effect 1 max which is a 8 year old game
Troubleshooting:
1. Turned power usage to 20%
2. Turned off power play via upls disabling in msi afterburner
3. Reseated pci-e port on gpu
4. Made sure HDMI is connected to gpu .
5. Reverted to version 15.11 crimson after clean uninstall
