Question Gigabyte Utility Software not working

Hello..

Since I built my PC a month ago, I have not been able to successfully install most of the gigabyte utility software, like app center, aurous engine, ambient LED.. etc. I can download and install the executable, but the program never opens. The only utility that did work was RGB Fusion.. but I can no longer find that online, it seems to have been replaced by ambient LED.. which doesn't work. Any one else having these issues?

Have you installed all chipset drivers and IMEI if Intel (Intel Management Engine Interface)?

A lot of the time, those additional utilities have dependencies on other drivers that need to be installed/updated first.

Hi,

I dont believe I have, do you know where I can find these drivers? Also I have a Ryzen 5 series so I wouldn't need the IMEI, right?
