Gigabyte Vega 64 OC Dual Fan

Guys I have the opportunity to buy a used Gigabyte Vega 64 OC Dual Fan for 466 US$, I was taking a look at Amazon.com and saw the gtx1080 is about 550US$, as I am quite a bit fan of AMD, I prefer the Vega 64.
Is this a good deal?? how much worse the Vega is rigth now comparing with gtx1080??

I wouldn't go more than a 1060.
I think there's a good chance your CPU will bottleneck cards above a 1060....and that includes the Vega 64.
