here is the link for power graph with voltage

i limit my gpu power to 75%. so its consume maximum around 180w (max capacity 240w)
now my question is the voltage gone down to 11.6/11.7 under load (you may check the link). is it ok or i have to change psu?

and 1 more question: is under 100% load (180w) my gpu temp gone to around 74°c and hot 88°c. is it normal? (my room temp is around 30°c and humidity 87%)

my system specs:
gigabyte H310 ds2
intel i5-8600
12gb ram
gigabyte vision 3060ti rev2
250gb ssd
1 tb 7200rpm hhd
Corsair CX450w PSU

thank you

It is normal for the gpu went 88c if you have a bad airflow in your pc + the gpu heatfins/finstack having alot of dust gunks + the fans itself dusted out.

for psu i would suggest to upgrade it something like 600-650w watt ish cause your usage almost fully saturate the psu rated capacity, while it might work fine, better get something good than sorry.
