Gigabyte windforce RTX 2070 hot and noisy

Hello, as I said in the title, I recently bought a Windforce RTX 2070 from gigabyte and I'm realising that the temperatures reamain at 74ºC-ish and 64% fan speed while gaming which obviously makes it really noisy. Does anyone has this problem with this graphics card aswell?

**Update: I figured out using MSI Afterburner that the car isn't able to mantain low RPM for some reason?? I tried turning off the semipassive mode aswell in the aourus app but nothing.

First, update your motherboard bios to the latest version. This is important. If there is a newer motherboard bios version than what you have currently you need to update to it.

I did everything you said, although it was helpful, i hate to say I didn't notice any noticeable difference between before and after
