[SOLVED] Gigabyte x570 UD bios update?

My current bios is on F3 and the newest bios is F11. Just got this computer 2 weeks ago. My question is I’m wanting to raise my MHz to 3200 from 2133. I tried already and computer usually black screens and crashes during game would updating bios to F11 solve this problem?

Ryzen 3600
Corsair 3200 2(8g)
5700xt
X570 UD

1. mprove PCIe device compatibility
2. Improve memory compatibility

That’s what I was thinking when I saw that! Can I update straight to f11 from f3?
